Verity launched a series based on their can't-lose roster of just about everyone great in gospel. This album keeps some choir moments, but leans more toward pop-R&B and radio than other volumes. Donnie McClurkin, Hezekiah Walker, John P. Kee and their contemporaries set a charged tone of "hope and encouragement," closing with Yolanda Adams' chill-inducing "Still I Rise."
