Despite his previous album going wood, the once-mighty Ja Rule is not about to give up. On his sixth solo joint, the raspiest rapper out of Queens returns with a surprisingly solid LP, balancing softer club joints ("Wonderful") and grimy street anthems ("New York" featuring Fat Joe and Jadakiss).
