À propos de Eddy Current Suppression Ring
Born, legend has it, at an office Christmas party in a vinyl pressing plant in Victoria, Australia, back in 1993, the four deadpan guitar rockers in Eddy Current Suppression Ring took 11 years to put out their first single, and another two to manage a complete album -- namely, their self-titled 2006 Down Under debut on Dropkick Records. Since then, they've released another album every two years. 2008's Primary Colours garnered a bunch of Aussie awards -- including the envied $30,000 Australian Music Prize -- and went Top 10 at home. Both that album and 2010's Rush To Relax also saw release in the U.S., on Oblivians-associated Memphis indie label Goner Records.
